Amazing... even today
I remember first seeing this back in 03, when I was only about 13-14 years old and I instantly fell in love. This gave a much different (and AWESOME) sight on the Mega/rockman universe, akin to the Zero series. I'd love to see an actual whole series come out of this, but this alone, even today, watching it when I am now 20...

The reason why I love this series so much is that the actions scenes are just so over the TOP! I thought I saw the best sprite action scenes in the previous parts, but I've just been proven wrong. The movie is fluid, animation is smooth, but you could work on the voice acting. Now bring on the second part!
